KH-AT Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs)

YAGEO KH-AT Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs) are automotive-grade varistors engineered to deliver long-term reliability in harsh operating environments. These MOVs combine high surge capability, effective voltage clamping, and automotive-grade ruggedness, making them an ideal protection solution for modern power electronics. The KH-AT varistors feature a silicone coating that enhances resistance to high temperatures, humidity, and mechanical stress, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. These MOVs are AEC‑Q200 qualified, enduring 1000 thermal cycles and 1000 hours of biased humidity at 85°C/85% RH. The KH-AT varistors are ideally suited for telecom infrastructure devices, industrial power supplies, automotive DC-DC converters, renewable energy and charging infrastructure, and AI server power applications.
