CRD-15DD17P Flyback Power Supply Board

Wolfspeed CRD-15DD17P Flyback Power Supply Board is designed to evaluate C2M1000170J MOSFET. This 15W flyback auxiliary power supply board can accept a wide range of AC/DC input voltage (480VAC to 530VAC) / (300VDC to 1200VDC) and provide 12VDC at the output with exceptional efficiency of 85%. The CRD-15DD17P board operates at 1700V, offers a 1Ω SiC MOSFET with the availability of high blocking voltage and a high creepage distance (∼ 7mm). This flyback board offers a simple control approach that is utilized to reduce the overall complexity and cost of the system. The CRD-15DD17P board is suitable for high voltage applications such as motor drives, solar power, traction, and energy storage.
