Welwyn / TT Electronics LRF3W Low Value 3W Chip Resistors offer 3W power in a 1225 package. LRF3W offers a 0.003Ω to 0.1Ω resistance range and tolerances of up to ±1%. These Welwyn / TT Electronics AEC-Q200 qualified chip resistors also provide low thermal impedance and wide terminations for enhanced robustness. LRF3W operates in a -55°C to +150°C temperature range.
