These rectifiers provide a low forward voltage drop, high efficiency, and low power losses. The eSMP series operates at temperatures ranging from -55°C to +175°C. Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP SMP Packaged Schottky Rectifiers are lead free, halogen free, and RoHS compliant in a DO-220AA SMP case. AEC-Q101 qualified variants are available. Typical applications include high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection in commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.
