These rectifiers provide low power loss and high efficiency with an oxide planar chip junction. Vishay eSMP SMF Schottky Rectifiers meet the JESD 201 class 2 whisker test, and AEC-Q101-qualified versions are available. Typical uses include high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, as well as polarity protection in commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.
