eSMP® SMPD Fast Recovery Rectifiers

Vishay eSMP® SMPD Fast Recovery Rectifiers are general-purpose devices designed for power line polarity protection in both consumer and automotive applications. These rectifiers feature ESD capability and a wide 10A to 20A range of current ratings. The series is offered in a surface-mounted TO-263AC package with a low 1.7mm profile (typical) and compatibility with the D2PAK footprint. Vishay eSMP SMPD Fast Recovery Rectifiers are available in SMPD (TO-263AC) standard and AEC-Q101-qualified versions.

eSMP® SMPD Schottky Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP^® SMPD Schottky Rectifiers offer 45V-200V devices with a current rating of 10A to 60A. The SMPD rectifiers provide a 0.4V low forward voltage drop at 15A. These Schottky rectifiers offer a low-profile surface-mount package with a typical height of <1.7mm. The SMPD (TO-263AC) package is compatible with the D²PAK (TO-263AB) package.
