Vishay PATT Automotive Thin Film Chip Resistors are rated for full power at 155 °C and are AEC-Q200 certified. Providing nearly a 100ºC extension in operating temperature range over traditional thin film chip resistors, Vishay's PATT series features high-temperature operation to +155ºC with 100% power, derated linearly to 0 mW power at +250ºC. With low absolute TCR down to ±25 ppm/ºC, tolerances to ±0.1%, and a load-life stability of <0.2%, the Vishay Dale thin film resistor is optimized for the low-noise, single-signal processing required to compensate for low offset and temperature drift in high-temperature environments.

PATT High Temperature Thin Film Resistors

Vishay / Dale PATT High-Temperature Thin Film Resistors are AEC Q200-qualified and available in a range of case sizes, including 0402, 0603, 0805, and 1206. These precision automotive resistors can operate at temperatures up to 250°C (155°C at full rated power). They offer a resistance range of 1Ω to 1MΩ and can be laser trimmed to any value. The terminations consist of an adhesion layer, a leach-resistant nickel barrier, and gold plating compatible with high-temperature solder systems. Vishay / Dale PATT High-Temperature Thin Film Resistors provide 0.2% load life stability at 1000 hours at 155°C and 100% rated power. This series is moisture resistant to MIL-STD-202, method 106.
