Vishay CDR-MIL-PRF-55681 SMT MLCC Capacitors are military-qualified and highly reliable per MIL-PRF-55681. Tin/lead termination codes are W, Z, and U; lead (Pb)-free termination codes are Y and M. The Vishay MLCCs feature a wet build process and a Reliable Noble Metal Electrode (NME) system.
