Vishay Tantalum Capacitors offer surface-mount and through-hole tantalum capacitors for use in automotive, military, portable consumer, medical, and many other applications.

TMCJ Solid Tantalum Surface-Mount Chip Capacitors

Vishay / Sprague TMCJ Solid Tantalum Surface-Mount Chip Capacitors offer a 2.5VDC to 20VDC voltage range, up to 22µF capacitance rating, and ±20% capacitance tolerance. These capacitors are qualified to EIA-717 and compatible with high-volume automatic pick-and-place equipment. The TMCJ series has a molded 0603 case and small size, making it suitable for high-density packaging. Vishay TMCJ SMT Chip Capacitors are ideal for audio and visual equipment, industrial, and general-purpose applications.
