Vishay Tantalum Capacitors offer surface-mount and through-hole tantalum capacitors for use in automotive, military, portable consumer, medical, and many other applications.

T51 vPolyTan™ Polymer SMD Chip Molded Capacitors

Vishay Polytech T51 vPolyTan™ Automotive-Grade Polymer SMD Chip Capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified. T51 supports high-temperature (-55°C to +125°C) and high-humidity operation. Vishay Polytech T51 vPolyTan Capacitors offer ultra-low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) in 3528-20, 7343-20, and 7343-31 EIA size molded cases. T51 is designed to support decoupling, smoothing, and filtering functions in circuitry and work well in automotive electronics and switch-mode/point of load (PoL) power supplies.
