Tantalum Capacitors

Vishay Tantalum Capacitors feature tantalum powder that is used in capacitors to allow for a very thin dielectric layer, providing high capacitance values in smaller case sizes. Vishay Tantalum Capacitors offer surface-mount and through-hole tantalum capacitors for use in automotive, military, portable consumer, medical, and many other applications.

597D TANTAMOUNT® Chip Capacitors

Vishay / Sprague 597D TANTAMOUNT® Chip Capacitors are solid tantalum with ultra-low ESR, conformal coating, and maximum CV. The 597D series is available in case profiles E (4mm) and R (3.6mm), and a low-profile case V (2mm). Two tin terminations are standard. The Vishay / Sprague 597D TANTAMOUNT Chip Capacitors feature a ripple current up to 4.1A and are RoHS Compliant. 

TANTAMOUNT® Chip Capacitors, 597D Series

Vishay / Sprague has expanded its offering of 597D Series TANTAMOUNT® Chip Capacitors to include wider voltage ranges. The 597D are solid tantalum with ultra-low ESR, conformal coating, and maximum CV. The 597Dseries is available in case profiles F, R, E, M, and Z. Tin terminations are standard. The Vishay / Sprague 597D TANTAMOUNT Chip Capacitors feature a ripple current up to 4.1A and are RoHS compliant to directive 2002/95/EC.
