Vishay Siliconix DG Enhanced Analogue Switch ICs have increased operating voltage ranges of 16V and improved leakage limits. The DG Enhanced also have a lower switch-on resistance, and overall reduced power consumption. The ICs offer enhanced ruggedness with higher latch-up current and ESD capability. The DG Enhanced series are manufactured on a high-density process with improved manufacturing capability and shorter lead times. The ICs support analogue switch products in markets like industrial, instrumentation, and healthcare.
