LPSA 300W/600W/800W Power Resistors

Vishay / Sfernice LPSA 300W / 600W / 800W Power Resistors are AEC-Q200-qualified high-power resistors. LPSA types are compact and low-profile thick film power resistors for heatsink mounting. The Vishay / Sfernice LPSA power resistors provide 300W, 600W, or 800W power at +85°C bottom-case temperature. The components feature high energy capability up to 1500J for 0.5s and a 0.3Ω to 900kΩ resistance range. These resistors' high power and energy capability make them ideal for automotive pre-charge and discharge applications.
