AEC-Q101 Zener Diodes

Vishay AEC-Q101 Zener Diodes permit current to flow in either a forward or reverse direction, making them ideal for use in automotive applications. Zener diodes are silicon semiconductor devices widely used as voltage references and as shunt regulators to regulate voltage across small circuits. Vishay AEC-Q101-qualified Zener Diodes are used to generate low-power stabilized supply rails from a higher voltage and to provide reference voltages for circuits, especially stabilized power supplies.
