eSMP® SlimDPAK Schottky Rectifiers

In a high-efficiency package, Vishay General Semiconductors eSMP® SlimDPAK Schottky Rectifiers offer low forward voltage drop and low power losses. These Vishay rectifiers feature 86% less space overall and 57% less height than traditional DPAK devices. The SlimDPAK package has a 200% decrease in current rating compared to the traditional DPAK. The standard and automotive trench MOS barrier Schottky (TMBS) rectifiers have a low profile with a height of 1.3mm and are ideal for automated placement.
