These devices offer high-efficiency operation, low power losses, and low forward voltage drop. The series is UL 94V-0 flammability rated and RoHS compliant. Vishay General Semiconductor FlatPAK 5x6 Schottky Rectifiers are automotive AEC-Q101 qualified. Typical applications include low voltage high-frequency DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection.
