V20PW22 High Current Density TMBS Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor V20PW22 High Current Density Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) Rectifiers offer 200V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage and 20A maximum average forward rectified current. These devices are available in a SlimDPAK (TO-252AE) case featuring Vishay's Trench MOS Schottky technology. Vishay V20PW22 High Current Density TMBS Rectifiers also offer low forward voltage drop, low power losses, high-efficiency operation, and AEC-Q101 qualification. These features make the V20PW22 series ideal for use in high-frequency DC/DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection applications.

eSMP® SlimDPAK Schottky Rectifiers

In a high-efficiency package, Vishay General Semiconductors eSMP® SlimDPAK Schottky Rectifiers offer low forward voltage drop and low power losses. These Vishay rectifiers feature 86% less space overall and 57% less height than traditional DPAK devices. The SlimDPAK package has a 200% decrease in current rating compared to the traditional DPAK. The standard and automotive trench MOS barrier Schottky (TMBS) rectifiers have a low profile with a height of 1.3mm and are ideal for automated placement.
