The small 4.8mm x 6.7mm x 1.1mm size is ideal for automated placement. These surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifiers offer high current density, low thermal resistance, low forward voltage drop, and low power losses. Vishay General Semiconductor SMPC TO-277A Schottky Barrier Rectifiers meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, with an LF maximum peak of 260°C. Applications include switching mode power supplies, freewheeling diodes, DC-DC converters, and polarity protection.
