Vishay General Semiconductor SMPC TO-277A Schottky Barrier Rectifiers meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, with an LF maximum peak of 260°C. Applications include switching mode power supplies, freewheeling diodes, DC-DC converters, and polarity protection.
