Other features include RoHS compliance, low Zener impedance, low thermal resistance, and a low regulation factor. Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP SMP Zener Diodes are ideal for secondary rectification of AC/DC and DC/DC converters, general-purpose regulation, freewheeling, and polarity protection.
