Vishay General Semiconductor TransZorb® Bi-Directional TVS Diodes features high surge capability to 3kW in a SMC DO-214AB package. The Vishay TransZorb Bi-Directional TVS Diode offers devices with stand-off voltages from 22V to 78V, with a peak pulse surge current from 23.8A to 84.5A. Applications include LNB and telecom power line lightning surge protection, automotive motor and battery power line inductive surge protection, and protecting any sensitive electronics against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching.
