S8x Surface Mount Glass Passivated Rectifiers

Vishay S8x Surface Mount Glass Passivated Rectifiers feature low forward voltage drops, low leakage currents, and high forward surge capability. The low-profile SMC (DO-214AB) packaged rectifiers are available with 400V, 600V, 800V, or 1000V maximum repetitive peak reverse/DC blocking voltages. Operating within a -55°C to +150°C junction temperature range, the Vishay S8x Surface Mount Glass Passivated Rectifiers are for use in general-purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes for consumer/telecommunication applications.
