GSIB6x Bridge Rectifiers

Vishay Semiconductors GSIB6x Bridge Rectifiers are single-phase single in-line bridge rectifiers with high surge capabilities. These rectifiers feature glass passivated chip junctions, a high case dielectric strength of 1500VRMS, and a maximum RMS voltage range of 140V to 280V. The GSIB6x bridge rectifiers offer a maximum DC reverse current of 10μA and a maximum average forward rectified output current of 6A. These bridge rectifiers operate at -55°C to 150°C junction temperature range. The GSIB6x bridge rectifiers are generally used in AC/DC bridge full wave rectification for switching power supply, home appliances, office equipment, and industrial automation applications.
