1N3x Glass Passivated Junction Plastic Rectifiers

Vishay 1N3x Glass Passivated Junction Plastic Rectifiers offer a superectifier structure for high-reliability applications. These plastic rectifiers feature a low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and a high forward surge capability. The 1N3x plastic rectifiers meet the UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and are available in a DO-41 (DO-204AL) package. These plastic rectifiers are RoHS-compliant and solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD22-B102. The 1N3x plastic rectifiers are ideal for power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diode applications.
