Vishay / Draloric RCV e3 and RCV-AT High Voltage Thick Film Resistors offer high operating voltage of up to 3kV for the 2512 size and a resistance value of up to 100MΩ. These resistors are constructed using a metal glaze on high-quality ceramic. Vishay / Draloric RCV e3 and RCV-AT High Voltage Thick Film Resistors provide temperature coefficients down to 100ppm. Both series operate in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range.
