WSLF1206 Power Metal Strip Resistors

Vishay / Dale WSLF1206 Power Metal Strip Resistors feature a proprietary processing technique that produces low 0.3MΩ to 3MΩ resistance values. The resistors are constructed from solid metal manganese-copper and nickel-chromium-aluminum alloys with a resistive element. The WSLF1206 series offers very low inductance and thermal EMF ratings. The resistors are RoHS compliant and available in a 1206 size code. The Vishay / Dale WSLF1206 Power Metal Strip Resistors are ideal for all current sensing and pulse applications, including switching and linear power supplies, instruments, power amplifiers, shunts, inverters, and battery management.

Current Sensing Resistors

Vishay / Dale Current Sensing Resistors are SMT, fixed, discrete resistors available in a wide range of package sizes. These resistors feature low resistance values, a variety of temperature performances, and a range of temperature coefficients.  The surface mount Vishay / Dale current sensing resistors offer tight tolerances, excellent overload capabilities (equivalent to wirewound), and are ideal for high-current and high-power applications.

WSLF Power Metal Strip Resistors

Vishay / Dale WSLF Power Metal Strip® Resistors utilize a proprietary processing technique to produce extremely low resistance values, from 0.003Ω to 0.0003Ω. These surface-mount resistors are comprised of solid metal nickel-chrome, manganese-copper, or manganese copper-tin alloy resistive elements with low TCR (<20ppm/°C). Other features include all-welded construction, AEC-Q200 qualification, low <2nH inductance, and low thermal EMF of <3μV/°C. Vishay / Dale WSLF Power Metal Strip Resistors are designed for current sensing, voltage division, and pulse applications.
