Current Sensing Resistors

Vishay / Dale Current Sensing Resistors are SMT, fixed, discrete resistors available in a wide range of package sizes. These resistors feature low resistance values, a variety of temperature performances, and a range of temperature coefficients.  The surface mount Vishay / Dale current sensing resistors offer tight tolerances, excellent overload capabilities (equivalent to wirewound), and are ideal for high-current and high-power applications.

RCWL Thick Film Low Value Chip Resistors

Vishay / Dale RCWL Thick Film Low Value Chip Resistors are an AEC-Q200 qualified resistor family with wraparound terminations and low resistance values (0.1Ω to 0.91Ω). These resistors feature solder contacts on Ni barrier layer, a metal glaze on high quality ceramic, and a protective overglaze. RCWL series resistors are offered in 5% tolerances with power ratings between 62.5mW and 1W as well as voltage rating options from 150V to 500V. These Vishay / Dale RCWL Thick Film Low Value Chip Resistors are ideal for current sensing and shunts.

RCWL Thick Film SMT Wraparound Chip Resistors

The Vishay / Dale RCWL Series Thick Film SMT Wraparound Chip Resistors offer low resistance values (0.1Ω to 0.91Ω) and are suitable for current sensing and shunts. Constructed of high quality ceramic with a metal glaze and a protective overglaze, the Vishay / Dale RCWL Series Thick Film SMT Wraparound Chip Resistors feature solder contacts on an Ni barrier layer. The RCWL series is RoHS compliant to directive 2002/95/EC and halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21.
