IHLE 5A Automotive Inductors

Vishay / Dale IHLE 5A Automotive Inductors are automotive-grade devices featuring integrated E-Field shields for reduction of EMI. Vishay / Dale IHLE 5A Automotive Inductors improve cost-effectiveness and save board space by eliminating the need for separate board-level Faraday shielding. This inductor family provides 20dB E-Field reduction at 1cm and serves high-temperature environments up to +155°C. The inductors also offer excellent DC/DC energy storage up to 1MHz to 2MHz.

Power Inductors

Vishay Power Inductors handle high transient current spikes without saturation and withstand high temperatures of up to +180°C. These devices feature shielded construction and low DCR/μH in a variety of package sizes. Vishay Power Inductors have ultra-low buzz noise due to the composite construction. The inductors offer an inductance range of 47nH to 680µH, maximum DC current from 1.7A to 125A, and maximum DC resistance from 230µΩ to 159.43Ω. The portfolio includes power inductors that are AEC-Q200-qualified or have an integrated E-Shield for maximum EMI reduction.

IHLE-5050FH-5A High Current Inductors

Vishay / Dale IHLE-5050FH-5A High-Current Inductors with E-Field Shield are high-temperature inductors up to +155°C and include an integrated E-Shield for maximum electromagnetic interference (EMI) reduction. The E-Field Shield also eliminates the need for separate shielding. Vishay / Dale IHLE-5050FH-5A High-Current Inductors are AEC-Q200 qualified and provide excellent DC/DC energy storage up to 1MHz to 2MHz. The series is ideal for engine and transmission control units, diesel injection drivers, and more.
