High-reliability AC line-rated ceramic disc capacitors are available in reduced sizes and automotive-grade versions, with the "biased 85/85" accelerated life test qualification. Vishay Surface-mount MLCCs for safety-certified applications are available with C0G (NP0) and X7R dielectrics while meeting the IEC 60384-14 minimum 4mm creepage standard.
