MPM Surface-Mount Resistor Network Family

Vishay / Thin Film MPM Surface-Mount Resistor Network Family features three series to fit a wide range of applications. The portfolio includes AEC-Q200-qualified devices (MPMA series), a lead-free design (MPMT series), and tin leads (MPM series). These resistor networks provide ±2ppm/°C tracking and a ratio tolerance as tight as ±0.01% or ±0.05%. Other features include excellent long-term ratio stability and low noise. Vishay / Thin Film MPM Surface-Mount Resistor Networks are available in a standard SOT-23 package format with unity and common standard resistance divider ratios.

MPMT Surface-Mount Resistor Networks

Vishay / Thin Film MPMT Surface-Mount Resistor Networks are lead free and offer ±2ppm TCR tracking and a ratio tolerance as tight as ±0.01%. The MPMT series features excellent long-term ratio stability while the SOT-23 package format provides easy selection for most applications requiring matched pair resistor elements. Vishay MPMT Surface-Mount Resistor Networks have a 250Ω to 100kΩ resistance range per resistor and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
