VDRS Metal Oxide Varistors, Standard Surge

Vishay / BC Components VDRS Metal Oxide Varistors, Standard Surge devices are UL and VDE recognized to 85°C operating temperature without derating. These varistors are available in 5 disc sizes, including 5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 14mm, and 20mm, with continuous voltage ratings from 14VRMS to 680VRMS (18VDC to 895VDC). The VDRS varistors operate at a maximum non-repetitive transient current rating of 100A to 6500A range. These varistors are coated with UL 94V-0 approved halogen-free epoxy. The VDRS varistors are RoHS compliant with no exemptions used. These devices are ideal for factory automation, fabrication, lighting, electric meters, and alternative energy.
