Vishay / BC Components NTCALUG RoHS Compliant Lug Mount Thermistors are fully Pb-free and RoHS-compliant with no exemptions. The LUG series can offer a maximum insulation withstand voltage of up to 5kVAC, an AEC-Q200 qualification and a maximum operating temperature of +125°C to +150°C. The Pb-free construction of these thermistors is for use in temperature sensing applications across numerous market segments. Vishay NTCALUG RoHS Compliant Lug Mount Thermistors are ideal for power inverters, HVAC systems, motor drives, power electronics, industrial equipment and consumer appliances.

Mini Lug NTC Thermistors

Vishay / BC Components Mini Lug NTC Thermistors feature a compact mounting space of 65mm² / 0.1in², and a short response time of <4s. These thermistors provide fast and accurate measurements over a wide -40°C to + 125°C temperature range. Vishay / BC Components Mini Lug NTC Thermistors are designed with a low-profile ring tongue measuring 5.5mm and silver-plated nickel conductor. The series offers a low thermal gradient of <5% of ΔT for accurate surface temperature measurement in applications where space is limited. The devices are optimized for thermal management applications, heatsink temperature control, and industrial equipment. These thermistors are RoHS compliant and available with or without a connector.
