These polarized energy storage capacitors with high capacity and energy density offer rapid charge and discharge. Vishay / BC Components 235 EDLC-HVR ENYCAP capacitors feature a 5F to 60F rated capacitance range and operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. These maintenance-free, RoHS-compliant capacitors come with various markings that include rated capacitance (in F), rated voltage (in V), date code, and negative terminal identification. Typical applications include storage devices for energy harvesting, power backup, burst power support, and energy recovery.
