DCM ChiP DC-DC Converters

Vicor DCM ChiP DC-DC Converters are isolated and regulated DC-DC converters, operating from an unregulated, wide-range input to generate an isolated output. These DC-DC converters use high-frequency zero voltage switching (ZVS) topology that helps deliver high efficiency across a specified input line range. The DCM DC-DC converters feature a 93.6% peak efficiency, up to 600W, 25A continuous power supply, up to 1239W/in3 power density, and a wide input range. These DCM converters provide overvoltage (OV), undervoltage (UV), overcurrent (OCP), short circuit (SCP), and thermal protection.

DCM4623 DC-DC Converters

Vicor DCM4623 DC-DC Converters come in a 4623 through-hole ChiP™ package and operate from an unregulated, wide-range input to generate an isolated output. The series features high frequency zero voltage switching (ZVS) topology, high efficiency, and a fully operational current limit. The modules utilize the thermal and density benefits of Vicor's ChiP packaging technology to provide flexible thermal management options with low top- and bottom-side thermal impedances. These isolated, regulated DC-DC converters include overvoltage (OV), overcurrent (OC), undervoltage (UV), short-circuit, and thermal protection. Vicor DCM4623 DC-DC Converters offer a cost-effective power system solution for industrial, process control, transportation / heavy equipment, and defense/aerospace applications.
