TS3DDR3812 MUX / DEMUX Switches

Texas Instruments TS3DDR3812 12-channel, 1:2 multiplexer / demultiplexer (MUX / DEMUX) switches are designed for DDR3 applications. These TI MUX / DEMUX switches operate from a 3V to 3.6V supply and offer low and flat ON-state resistance as well as low I/O capacitance. TI TS3DDR3812 switches achieve a typical bandwidth of 1.675 GHz. The TI TS3DDR3812 is an excellent choice for memory, analog/digital video, LAN, and other high-speed signal switching applications.
