TPSM8281x 4A/3A Step-Down MicroSiP™ Power Modules

Texas Instruments TPSM8281x 4A and 3A Step-Down MicroSiP™ Power Modules offer an integrated inductor and feature frequency synchronization with a fixed-frequency peak current-mode control topology. The TPSM8281x provides low-resistance switches that allow up to 4A continuous output current at high ambient temperatures. The switching frequency is externally adjustable from 1.8MHz to 4MHz and can also be synchronized to an external clock in the same frequency range.
