TPS650352-Q1 Automotive Power Management IC (PMIC)

Texas Instruments TPS650352-Q1 Automotive Power Management IC (PMIC) is a highly integrated PMIC for automotive camera modules. This device combines one low-dropout (LDO) regulator and three step-down converters. For connections to Power over Coax (PoC), the BUCK1 step-down converter has an input voltage range up to 18.3V. Each converter operates in a forced fixed-frequency PWM mode. The LDO operates with an input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and can supply 300mA. The LDO and step-down converters have separate voltage inputs, enabling maximum design and sequencing flexibility.
