Providing 2.3µA typical quiescent current, the TPS6280x Converters maintain high efficiency by seamlessly entering power save mode to reduce switching cycles. The device operates with tiny inductors and capacitors via TI’s DCS-Control™ topology creating up to a 4MHz/1.5MHz switching frequency.
