Texas Instruments TPS62120 15V, 75mA highly efficient (96% efficiency) buck converters are optimized for low power applications. TI TPS62120 synchronous step down DC-DC converters feature a wide operating input voltage range of 2V to 15V and support energy harvesting, battery powered, and 9V or 12V line-powered applications. TI TPS62120 buck converters provide up to 800kHz switching frequency and a power save mode with 11µA quiescent current.
