Texas Instruments TLV840/TLV840-Q1 Low-Voltage Supervisors (Reset ICs) can operate at high voltage levels while maintaining a very low quiescent current across the whole V_DD and temperature range. TLV840/TLV840-Q1 offers a great combination of low power consumption, high accuracy, and low propagation delay (t_{p_HL} = 30µs typical).
