IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

TLC69639-Q1 LED Drivers

Texas Instruments TLC69639-Q1 LED Drivers are 100mA, 48-channel drivers with an integrated oscillator and advanced diagnostics. These LED drivers can provide up to 16-bit individual pixel-level LED PWM control. The TLC69639-Q1 LED drivers are high-performance, automotive-grade, with 48 constant current sink channels. The additional 7-bit Dot Correction (DC) is also implemented for each channel to control peak current. Each device shares a data stream by Cascaded Serial Interface (CSI), which supports up to 511 device connections. The TLC69639-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These LED drivers are equipped with diagnostics for LEDs, current sinks, communication, and devices. The TLC69639-Q1 LED drivers are ideal for automotive central information displays, automotive cluster displays, and automotive head-up displays.
