SN74LV8T273/SN74LV8T273-Q1 Octal D-Type Flip-Flops

Texas Instruments SN74LV8T273/SN74LV8T273-Q1 Octal D-Type Flip-Flops include eight positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with a direct active low Clear (CLR) input. These devices operate at a wide range of 1.65V to 5.5V supply voltage, 5.5V-tolerant input pins, and up to 150Mbps with 5V or 3.3V VCC. The SN74LV8T273-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These D-type flip-flops are available in a wettable flank QFN package, and latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17. The SN74LV8T273/SN74LV8T273-Q1 D-type flip-flops are ideal for synchronizing digital signals to a clock, monitoring signals with fewer inputs, and converting a switch to a toggle.
