SN74AUP1G79 Single D-Type Flip-Flops

Texas Instruments SN74AUP1G79 Low-Power Single Positive-Edge-Triggered D-Type Flip-Flops are ideal for battery-powered applications. The SN74AUP1G79 series results in an increased battery life through a very-low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire VCC range of 0.8V to 3.6V, with an excellent signal integrity maintained. When the setup-time requirement meets data at the data input the data is transferred to the Q output on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse. At a voltage level clock triggering occurs and is not directly related to the rise time of the clock pulse. Using the die as a package NanoStar™ package technology is a major breakthrough in IC packaging concepts. The SN74AUP1G79 uses Ioff circuitry which disables the outputs when the device is powered down, making the device fully specified for partial-power-down applications.

SN74AUP1Gxx Low Power Logic ICs

Texas Instruments SN74AUP1Gxx Low Power Logic offers very low power consumption, high battery life and is ideal for portable applications. Features include excellent signal integrity, input hysteresis (250mV typ at 3.3V) allows for slow input transition, operating VCC of 0.8V to 3.6V (optimized at 3.3V), best in class for speed-power optimization, balanced drive, 3.6V I/O tolerant, Ioff spec for partial power down, and ESD protection.
