The inputs are TTL-voltage compatible and offer true outputs. This device is a dual 4-line and 2-line buffer/driver with active-low output-enable inputs. Texas Instruments SN74AHCT367 has a latch-up performance that exceeds 100mA per JESD 78, Class II.
