SN74ACT32/SN74ACT32-Q1 2-Input Positive-OR Gates

Texas Instruments SN74ACT32/SN74ACT32-Q1 Quad 2-Input Positive-OR Gates are quadruple 2-input positive-OR gates. In positive logic, the devices perform the Boolean function Y = A + B or Y = A × B. These devices are available in a wettable flank QFN package and have an operating range of 4.5V to 5.5V. The SN74ACT32/SN74ACT32-Q1 has a continuous ±24mA output drive at 5V and supports up to ±75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts. The Texas Instruments SN74ACT32-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
