This total power solution allows as few as three external components while maintaining an ability to adjust key parameters to meet specific design requirements. The QFN package is easy to solder to a printed circuit board, allows reflow profiles up to 260°C, and has excellent power dissipation capability. LMZ3 SIMPLE SWITCHER® Power Modules

Texas Instruments LMZ3 SIMPLE SWITCHER® Power Modules provide an easy point-of-load solution by integrating a DC/DC converter, inductor, and passives into a small, thin QFN package.
