LMG3624 650V 170mΩ GaN Power Stage

Texas Instruments LMG3624 650V 170mΩ GaN Power Stage is intended for switch-mode power-supply applications. The LMG3624 ICs simplify design and reduce component count by integrating the GaN FET and gate driver in an 8mm by 5.3mm QFN package. Programmable turn-on slew rates provide EMI and ringing control. Compared to traditional current-sense resistors, the current-sense emulation reduces power dissipation and allows the low-side thermal pad to be connected to the cooling PCB power ground. These gate drivers are ideal for AC/DC adapters and chargers, Mobile wall charger design, USB wall power outlet, auxiliary-power supplies, SMPS power supply for TVs, and LED power supplies.
