LM25137/LM25137F-Q1 Buck Controllers

Texas Instruments LM25137/LM25137F-Q1 Buck Controllers are dual-channel controllers for functional safety applications. These DC/DC controllers operate during an input voltage dip as low as 4V, at 100% duty cycle if needed. The LM25137/LM25137F-Q1 controllers use an interleaved, stackable, peak current-mode architecture for easy loop compensation, fast transient response, excellent load and line regulation, and accurate current sharing. These controllers feature 150°C maximum junction temperature operation, user-selectable PFM mode for lower current consumption at light-load conditions, and configurable soft-start functions. The LM25137F-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These buck controllers come in a 6mm x 6mm thermally-enhanced, 36-pin VQFN package with additional pin clearance for increased reliability. The LM25137F-Q1 controllers are ideal for automotive electronic systems, infotainment systems, instrument clusters, ADAS, and body electronics and lighting.
