IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

LED171596A 96-Channel Matrix LED Driver

Texas Instruments LED171596A 96-Channel Matrix LED Driver with independent channel control is designed for driving locally dimmed displays. The device sports four low-resistance high-side switches and 24 low-side current sinks that deliver up to 15mA of continuous current per channel. The LED171596A has a 9-bit duty cycle and 8-bit current control of each low-side LED current sink. Each current sink can be individually controlled through the I2C-compatible or SPI interface. The Texas Instruments LED171596A can be controlled with a single value through the global brightness control register. The global brightness control passes through a brightness sloper function to create optically smooth brightness transitions without requiring multiple register writes.
