AMC7834 Integrated PA Monitor & Control System

Texas Instruments AMC7834 Integrated Power Amplifier (PA) Monitor and Control System is a highly integrated, low-powered device. This PA monitor and control system features temperature, current, and voltage supervision capabilities. The AMC7834 integrates a multichannel, 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) and eight-channel, 12-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs). This control system is used as a biasing solution for various transistor technologies, including LDMOS and GaN. Other features of this control system include four high-side current sense amplifiers, temperature sensing capabilities, and four GPIOs.
